I used to be a musician, now a software engineer. I've lived a third of my life in each of Romania, Ireland, and England and have spent considerable time learning multiple languages, including Spanish and Italian (music too can be considered a language). Throughout my professional career I've witnessed people with diverse professional backgrounds communicating. It is rather interesting to notice how they do this and to solve the hurdles that arise from trying to relate different contexts across domains.

I'd like to see communication in the workplace become smoother. Breaking language barriers at multilingual workplaces is an especially challenging area that I am tackling because I would very much want to see a world where people can communicate seamlessly regardless of language or professional background.
