These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and JotMe Limited (“JotMe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

These Terms include important information about automatic renewals, limitations of liability, user responsibilities, recording laws, and dispute resolution.

1. Will These Terms Ever Change?

We continuously improve the Services, which may require updating these Terms. JotMe may modify these Terms at any time.

1.1 Notice of Updates

If a material change affects you, we will notify you by email or through the application. If you unsubscribe or disable notifications, you may not receive updates.

1.2 Acceptance of Updated Terms

If you continue using the Services after updates become effective, you accept the updated Terms.
Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

2. What About My Privacy?

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to the JotMe Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
