Keep writing in the apps you already use
An email reply, a document paragraph, and a team update can all start with your voice. Put the cursor in the text field and dictate there, so the writing stays with the work you are doing.

View usage detailsHow do I turn on voice typing?
Install JotMe Desktop, allow the access requested in Settings → Setup, and click a text field in another application. Hold your configured shortcut, speak, and release. The default is Fn on Mac and Ctrl + Win on Windows.
How is this different from Google Docs voice typing?
Google Docs offers voice typing inside its document editor. JotMe Voice Keyboard is a desktop workflow that inserts text at the cursor in the app you are using and keeps a reviewable dictation history.
Does Voice Keyboard translate while I dictate?
Yes. In Voice typing, choose Translate and an Output language. Hold Fn on macOS or Ctrl + Win on Windows, speak, and release the shortcut to insert translated text at your cursor.
Does it work on my phone?
This Voice Keyboard workflow is desktop-only. JotMe’s mobile live translation is a different product experience.
Is my dictation audio saved?
Voice Keyboard saves the resulting text and history; its dictation audio is not stored. This handling is specific to dictation and should not be applied to recorded meetings.
Can I try it for free?
JotMe has a free plan with usage allowances. Check current pricing and the balance shown in the app before starting. Free does not mean unlimited use, and different tools use different allowances.
