The next session starts at ten.
Give the room one translated caption view. Choose the spoken and display languages, start live translation, and move the maximized transcript to your presentation screen or projector. Keep slides alongside the translation when you need both.
Share a QR code or URL so attendees can open translation in a browser and choose their language. Caption mode is for reading. Voice mode adds translated speech while keeping the transcript visible. Plan headphones for people listening.
A single projected view and hundreds of personal translation streams have different usage needs. Map your simultaneous rooms, event duration, delivery method, model, and audience size. Use the pricing calculator or review those details with us.
List simultaneous rooms or audio feeds, the languages being spoken, and the languages your audience needs. Each concurrent feed needs its own host setup.
Choose the room’s caption language, or prepare the attendee URL and QR code. Put joining instructions in your invitations and opening slides.
Test the actual microphone, display, attendee browser, and headphones. Calculate usage and allocate enough minutes to each host before event day.
A shared screen for the room. A personal language view on every device.
Choose the translation workflow that fits your event.

Share live captions or translated voice so attendees can follow the speaker in their own language.

Help an international group follow the discussion, then share the notes and recording for review.
Share meeting notesFrom multilingual meetings to everyday teamwork. Hear from the people using JotMe.
Start live translation in the desktop app, choose the spoken and translation languages, and maximize the transcript window. Move that window to the screen connected to your projector or presentation display. Everyone in the room follows the same displayed translation language.
Yes. Arrange your windowed slide show and the JotMe transcript side by side on the presentation display. For remote viewers, share that display through your meeting platform. The PowerPoint setup guide covers the window settings and screen-sharing steps.
Share a joining URL or display its QR code. Attendees open it in a browser and choose from the languages the host has made available. You can prepare the link before the event and include it in invitations or opening slides.
No. URL and QR-code attendees can join in a browser without a JotMe account. The host can require an email address or allow anonymous joining. Test the joining settings you plan to use during rehearsal.
Choose Caption or Voice in Share Translation before sharing the session. Voice mode plays translated speech on attendees’ devices while keeping the translated text visible. Each attendee controls their own audio playback. Provide headphones to prevent audio feeding back into the event microphone.
Yes. Show one translated language on the common display and share a link for people who need another language on their own device. Include the people receiving shared translation in your usage estimate.
Each account can host one live translation session at a time, following one audio feed. Simultaneous rooms or stages need separate host arrangements. Tell us your concurrent schedule so we can review the setup with you.
Include concurrent hosts or rooms, event duration, delivery method, recognition model, and the number of people receiving translation. Attendee-device delivery multiplies usage by participant count. Fast (Audio) uses five times live translation minutes per participant, whether its translated audio is on or off. Use event pricing for your actual inputs.
Yes. On Premium or above, the host can limit shared translation languages in Live translation settings. Configure the model you will share and offer the languages your audience needs. The supported limits differ by model; review the sharing guide and test them before your event.
Use one host computer for each concurrent feed and select the microphone or event audio source tested at rehearsal. For an in-person event, choose the Events environment. Test the actual room sound and keep translated audio from attendee devices away from the event microphone.
Not for a shared transcript display or QR/link joining. OBS is required for Subtitle Camera, which embeds captions in the speaker’s camera feed for online or hybrid events. Choose it when that delivery format fits your production setup.
Yes. Contact sales with your event date, simultaneous rooms, session lengths, spoken and target languages, audience size, and preferred delivery method. We can discuss the setup and pricing for those requirements.
