Meaning comes first
The right words depend on the situation. We build for the intent, terminology, and details that make a conversation worth understanding.
Build something great. Bring it to the world. We’re building toward a future where your work can reach people across languages and countries, through the workflows you already use.
Get to know JotMeThe language you speak should never decide which ideas get heard, which relationships you can build, or how far your work can go.
Yet working across languages still means extra effort. Repeating a point. Rewriting a translation. Asking someone else to explain what you missed. Capable people spend time bridging the gap instead of doing what they do best.
Our purpose is simple: help people understand each other and get work done in any language.

JotMe grew out of Taka’s experience living and working across languages. Moving between Taiwan, Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom showed him how much language can shape a person’s ability to participate and belong.
Later, as a product manager in Tokyo, he found himself bridging conversations between Japanese sales teams and engineers who spoke English. Understanding the languages was only part of the job. He also had to carry the project’s history, technical details, and people’s intentions between them.
That experience became the foundation for JotMe: translation that understands the work behind the words, so people can spend more time building together.

The right words depend on the situation. We build for the intent, terminology, and details that make a conversation worth understanding.

A meeting, a document, and a message can all be part of the same project. The understanding you build in one place should help you in the next.

Technology should help you contribute in your own voice. You bring the ideas, make the decisions, and move the work forward.
We start where understanding matters every day: conversations with colleagues, customers, and partners. JotMe brings live translation, transcription, notes, messaging, and file translation into one connected platform.
We’re building toward a future where you work in your own language while AI agents handle work in other languages, helping your business expand into new markets.
That could mean adapting product guides for Japan, following up with customers in Spanish, or supporting a team in France. You set the direction and review the work.
