QA Engineer

Help make JotMe reliable in the situations where people need it most. You’ll investigate real user workflows, turn unclear issues into reproducible problems, and build testing practices that help the team ship with confidence.

What you’ll do

• Test meeting translation, audio capture, transcription, sharing, and related product workflows.
• Reproduce customer issues and document the conditions, expected behavior, and actual result.
• Build and maintain regression checks and automate repeatable tests where they add value.
• Work with developers to verify fixes and catch issues before release.

What you’ll bring

• Experience testing software and writing clear, actionable bug reports.
• A systematic approach to edge cases, permissions, audio devices, and different operating environments.
• Comfort using developer tools and learning test automation.
• Care for the complete user experience, including the steps that are easy to overlook.
