The work

Help people discover JotMe when they have a real language problem to solve. This role combines analytics, paid acquisition, SEO, and conversion work, with a focus on understanding why someone is looking and what will help them get value.

What you’ll do

• Identify customer intent through search behavior, campaign data, and product feedback.
• Develop and improve paid acquisition and SEO initiatives around clear customer needs.
• Connect acquisition, landing pages, activation, and conversion into a measurable journey.
• Run focused experiments, explain the results, and invest in what produces meaningful adoption.

What you’ll bring

• Strong analytical skills and practical experience measuring acquisition and conversion.
• Experience with paid campaigns, SEO, or both, with examples of work you can explain.
• Confidence using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs or comparable platforms.
• Good judgment about customer intent and the ability to separate useful signals from vanity metrics.
